As part of the Waratah Program, designed to empower emerging Asian Australian leaders with the skills, confidence, and connections to advance their careers and drive positive social impact. In its third year, the program is available in Victoria and Western Australia, with plans to expand nationally.
With special thanks to Annisa Li Zhang GAICD, who invited me to speak at the event after we worked together on another leadership project. Her wise and sincere voice is a wonderful example of how someone doesn’t need to be loud to have gravity and resonance. Her wisdom is like the wind moving the willow tree.
