Every time I work with young people, I am reminded that I learn as much as I teach. Their curiosity and creativity bring fresh perspectives that continue to inspire me.
The next generation will shape the future. They will be the creators, innovators, and problem solvers who tackle challenges we cannot yet imagine. They are also navigating challenges unique to their generation, in a world that is more connected digitally than ever before, while still seeking something fundamentally human: connection, belonging, and the ability to be seen and heard.
But innovation does not happen through ideas alone. It happens when people can communicate those ideas, collaborate with others, and create connection.
In a world where screens constantly compete for our attention, our ability to connect as humans has never been more important. Our digital voice matters, but so does our physical presence: the way we speak, listen, engage, and show up with others.
